Time Team at Coniston, Cumbria: Archaeological Evaluation

Greenlane Archaeology took part in the targeted excavation of specific areas within the scheduled area known as Coniston Copper Mines in the Lake District National Park. The dig was intended to establish the character, extent, condition and chronology of sub-surface archaeological deposits and as usual there was just three days to do it in! The program was broadcast in 2013 by Channel 4.
